Candle Care

BURNING

Remove the paper packaging from your refill before lighting your candle. Allow the wax time to melt to the edges of your pot before blowing out your candle. This is a necessary step for the first burn only and will prevent your candle from tunnelling.

WICK TRIMMING

To ensure a steady burn, it is advised that you trim the wick of your candle to roughly 1/8" before relighting it. Trimming the wick of your candle will encourage a bright, clean, stable flame.

SAFETY

Place your candle on a heat-resistant surface away from draughts or anything that could potentially catch fire.

Do not leave your candle to burn unattended.

Keep out of reach of children and pets.

To prevent your candle from overheating, refrain from lighting the last 1/2" of your candle.

Burn for up to 4 hours at a time.

How to refill your candle

Once there is roughly 1/2" of wax left in your pot it's time to refill! Submerge the base of your pot into hot water for a couple of minutes. As the heat of the water softens the remaining wax you can begin to remove it with a spoon. Give the inside of your pot a wipe with a cloth and drop in your refill of choice!
